I’ve been a customer for several years and each visit has something that stands out about it and adds to making the trip over there worth it. Today it was an employee named Kevin. He saw me looking around and asked to help. I explained the parameters of what I needed/wanted for a tree for our memorial bench area at church. His knowledge and ability to explain a little about each of my options was appreciated! He worked on getting this magnolia tree ready for me to pick up as I headed to check out. The potted sunflowers I found were perfect for either side of the bench. I also had a very full cart of lovely perennials for redoing the landscaping at our church sign. I’m only bummed that these projects landed now and not during the upcoming sales or back during the spring sales. But absolutely pleased with how things turned out and knowing we have quality plants!

I have tried his place time and time again, but it always comes up with a nope for me. My final straw was when I wanted five eucalyptus plants last year to grow for my wedding. I called twice and came in twice to ask if they were ready, each time I was told “a few more days” and the visits were weeks apart. On my last trip in a woman, an owner I presume, told me that she would “order” them for me and she would call me the day they were ready. Without thinking I couldn’t trust her, I didn’t call more two weeks. When I did decide to call because I was getting nervous a woman answered and told me they were sold out. When I got choked up hearing that she told me “well why would you think you ordered something if you didn’t pay for it”. The communication of the first woman was one thing, but the rudeness of the next was just unacceptable. I asked if they knew any other nursery’s in the area that they trust who may still have them, she said “mam, I’m new.. I don’t know what you want me to say”. Before this my family has had multiple trees/shrubs die from here, and have rarely had issues elsewhere. On top of that they are simply overpriced. I always wish family owned well, but

Really good selection of plants, flowers and vegetables. There is always someone to ask questions to and they are all super friendly. I have never been made to feel like I was bothering anyone when I stopped them for help. All the workers are also very knowledgeable.

Wow! What a fantastic find. First of all the entire store is beautiful. They have a large selection of greenhouse plants and vegetables. They also have many home accent items to choose from. I absolutely love that the Medina farmers market is sharing the space with them and continuing to do farmers market through the winter months.
